If you are interested in becoming a tenant please contact our
secretary who will send you an application form and further details.
Generally people over the age of 55 can apply for a tenancy providing
they are capable of living independently with limited support.

WHAT
HAPPENS NEXT ?
Your application will be acknowledged
and you will be advised whether or not there are currently any
vacancies. If there are no vacancies at the time you apply
your application will be placed on the waiting list for future
consideration. If a dwelling is available for letting
at the time of your application we will contact you to arrange
to show you round the accommodation.
If you wish to proceed with your application
after the viewing we will write to the people you have named as
referees. Subject to the receipt of satisfactory references
we will write to you offering a tenancy.

WHAT
DO CHARGES INCLUDE ?
The
rent is payable calendar monthly in advance by standing order and
includes service and support charges. These charges cover the cost
of maintenance of the building, gardens and equipment provided by
the Society which includes intruder alarm, controlled entry system
and gas central heating throughout.
Each flat is individually metered and tenants
are responsible for the payment of all their own bills eg. gas,
electricity, water, telephone, council tax and home contents insurance
